The brief
Fraternity officers track chores, events and dues in group chats, so deadlines get lost. Pledge needed a simple iOS app that shows open tasks and deadlines at a glance, and it had to be tested before the team spent money on visual design.
Our solution
- Core flows mapped first, then a clickable prototype tested with students
- An iOS interface built around a map of open tasks and shared deadlines
- A launch plan with short social posts and campus ambassador content
Results
- Prototype tested with 46 students on four campuses before visual design started
- 1,200 installs in the first month of the beta
- The average member opened the app 3.1 days a week
