Sfera is a web design and development studio based at 48 Mercer Street, New York, NY 10013. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit this website or send us a request, how we use it, and what choices you have. 2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to answer your request and run the site:

  • Contact form data. Your name, email address, phone number (optional) and the message you write.
  • Technical data. IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed and the time of each request. Our hosting server records this in standard access logs.
  • Cookies. Small files stored by your browser that keep basic site functions working. See section 5.

We do not ask for payment card details, government identifiers or health information through this website.

3. How we use your information

  • To reply to your enquiry and prepare a project proposal.
  • To manage a project with you once you become a client, including contracts and invoices.
  • To keep the website secure, find and fix errors, and understand which pages are useful.
  • To meet legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

4. Who we share data with

We share data only with service providers that help us run the studio, and only as far as they need it to do their job:

  • Web hosting and server providers, which store the website and its logs.
  • Email delivery services, which send the contact form messages to our inbox.
  • Accounting and project management tools that we use with clients.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our clients and the studio.

5. Cookies

This website uses only the cookies needed for basic functions, such as remembering that a page has loaded. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop some parts of the site from working.

6. How long we keep data

  • Contact form messages: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a project requires us to keep them longer.
  • Server access logs: up to 90 days.
  • Client project records: for the period required by tax and accounting rules.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy.
  • Correct data that is wrong or out of date.
  • Delete your data, unless we must keep it by law.
  • Stop or limit how we use your data, or object to certain uses.
  • Withdraw consent you gave us at any time, without affecting earlier use.

To make a request, email hello@sfera-studio.com. We reply within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. Residents of California, New York and other US states with privacy laws may have extra rights under those laws, and we honour them.

8. Security

The website is served over HTTPS. Access to client data is limited to the people who work on each project, and we use strong passwords and two-factor authentication for our tools. No system is completely secure, so please tell us at once if you think your data has been exposed.

9. Children

This website is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has sent us data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes will be announced on this page before they take effect.
